I would also like to add that this was a particularly hard job and the lads did fantastically. From templating by Chris, to the man handling of that huge island into the basement and finally Tony and Gaz finishing off. They were all brilliant.

When making our choice of worktop for a new kitchen Select Solid Surfaces offered us everything we required at a good, competitive price.

Our experience started at the workshop where we were able to see a wide range of materials and to discuss our requirements and budget. In the office we received advice on colours, styles, costs and care of the different choices.

The fitting of the chosen worktop was professionally done, with the fitters providing a really positive experience. Not only did they fit the worktop and up stands, they also showed their experience providing advice and solutions to problems, or potential problems.

Throughout the whole process the company kept us well informed and were flexible when the dates for measuring and making a template needed to be changed. Their customer service has been exceptional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I also wanted to let you know we’re delighted with them and you’ve all been great, have passed on our samples to some friends and recommended you to LOADS of people!

Fantastic service from the team here.

We had an issue with the company we had originally ordered our worktop from, who advised us at the 11th hour, that they were out of stock (this had been ordered 2 months prior!).

A friend put us in touch with Carly at the Ilkley branch and I visited that afternoon.

She managed to find a surface that was near identical to the one we had previously ordered.

We had an issue though, we were due to move in, in just two weeks time.

Not only did Carly and the team find us a suitable worktop, they managed to get it measured and fitted within 2 weeks.

Couldn't believe our luck!

Absolutely love the quality of the fit and the product. Furthermore, they were actually more competitive on pricing!

After struggling to find the right worktop I came across Select Solid Surfaces when visiting family in Ilkley and Addingham. Wow, what a selection! I found a couple that I really liked, ordered one of them and have just had them fitted. Darien, in the Ilkley branch, was amazing, patient and responsive to all my questions. The templating went really smoothly and the fitting of the worktops this last weekend went without a hitch. The team (Michael and Gareth) who fitted my countertop were friendly and efficient and despite travelling down to London (where I live), were on time. All in all a really great experience and a very quick turnaround from templating to fitting. Thanks for the great product and great service!

Went to select solid surfaces after trying elsewhere they gave us the best price out of all the quotes we received, they measured up with a laser , had the worktops fitted today perfectly installed and perfect fit .

I cannot fault this company. The customer service was outstanding. From start to finish we could not fault Solid Surfaces. The products are superb quality and came at a fraction of the price we've previously been charged for quartz. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff who go the extra mile to be helpful. If l have a regret it's that we didn't discover Solid Surfaces sooner!

I can only say, the service and advice from Select Solid Surfaces was fantastic. Excellent knowledge regarding different option's for the worktop (big thanks Carly) down to to the precise installation from Danny the fitter and excellent communication from Darien in the office.

On the whole Select were absolutely excellent. The only issue was when they asked me to drop off the undermounted sink to them so they could be precise as to the opening. On the day of fitting, the sink was returned by the installers who commented that this type of sink is usually already installed and there was an issue with the base unit which they were reticent to deal with, so I had to reschedule the installation while I dealt with the sink and sink base issue. The point here is that I could not do anything prior to installing the worktop because they had the sink! So, if you are having an undermounted sink, make sure it is installed prior to the template survey - it will save a lot of hassle later! Despite this they did a great job.

Absolutely first class service from Solid Select Surfaces .from choosing our worktops with Carly at Ilkley showroom who was so helpful and patient and very knowledgeable,a really lovely lady ,nothing was too much trouble ,she was always happy to assist whenever we called .

I ordered quartz worktops from Select Solid Surfaces and they look amazing. The whole process took under a week and the fitting was so quick. They have made my new kitchen look so smart and fancy.
